Ideas becoming concrete

i was pondering on how to place my company in the market. I was planning to play the low-price card so that i could get many projects to start with. But on Saturday, i had attended an interesting meeting with our Head of Sales guy. Among many other topics of discussion, he mentioned one point which struck me. He said we need to provide value and then charge a premium for it. That has made me think. It makes sense. I can make cheap value-for-money products or i can make excellent products. Why not make an excellent product, and then charge accordingly? That would add much more value to my portfolio, than being a volume player. So I have decided; this is the way to go. Now, to the next step.
