Selling in eBay

I decided to restart my operations in eBay. I've started buying stuff to get some feedback points on my account. Need to decide on the products that I'll be selling. A eBay market study is required to decide on the products, based on what is popular, what is rare,what would give good margins, what can be bought  for cheap etc. I suppose this would be a very important step at this stage. Another step is to ensure good description and snaps for the products. Next is to plan in advance for the logistics in sending the products to the end customers. Need to have proper covers and stamps ready. Once it gets going, will need to have some form of tie up or agreement with some of the courier guys. Need to ensure products are sent to customers without any delay, and that all their queries are addressed. Need to track them closely until they get the product and we get their rating. Will also need to have a plan in place for handling product returns.
Good start, now don't waste time deciding on the product. Decide fast.
