The cloudy web

I've been thinking about starting my own firm for sometime now. I've already started some activities for the same. I wasn't clear on what my firm would be about, its focus or expertise. I'm pondering through a lot of ideas. I've decided that it would be a web based company. Our offerings may include website development, web application development and SaaS applications. In addition, I'm thinking of providing consultancy services related to the cloud, like migrating to the cloud etc. Gotta do a study on this. Or should that be a sister concern, purely dealing with cloud consultancy and migration.

Time to prepare a project report.
